our basis of ranking sushi establishments will be as follows:
- how it sizes up - our overall opinion of the restaurant on a scale from 1-5, 5 being the best
- atmosphere
- showstopper/favorite roll - what rocked our socks off
- creativitay - how unique were their rolls?
- would we go again?
- misc - parking, neighborhood, freshness, etc.
